Issue Description
When attempting to submit data from a mobile device for apps using the Geolocation Widget, it fails to sync data to the server and the following error message is displayed: "We encountered an error syncing <App_name> app data."
Environment
SOTI Snap 2024.1.0
Symptoms
Data submission fails.
Attempts to submit data from mobile devices result in sync failures.
Cause
The agent sends geolocation data that does not conform to the server's validation requirements, triggering a 'Data Validation Failed' response.
Issue Resolution
1. Log in to the SOTI Snap Console.
2. Opt-in for the latest upgrade to SOTI Snap 2024.2.0.
