Description
Support for the ‘SOTI MobiControl Login’ app will end with SOTI MobiControl version 2026.0.0. Its features will be integrated into the ‘SOTI MobiControl’ app, available on the Apple App Store.
Access to the existing ‘SOTI MobiControl Login’ app
For existing SOTI MobiControl versions below 2026.0.0, the 'SOTI MobiControl Login' app will remain available for deployment and use.
Migration to ‘SOTI MobiControl’ agent app
Starting with SOTI MobiControl version 2026.0.0, the Shared Device feature will be managed through the ‘SOTI MobiControl’ agent app.
If a device user has an active Shared Device session logged in via the ‘SOTI MobiControl Login’ app and upgrades to SOTI MobiControl version 2026.0.0, the ‘SOTI MobiControl Login’ app will prompt them to switch to the ‘SOTI MobiControl’ agent app:

Steps to Transition to ‘SOTI MobiControl’ agent app

Go to SOTI MobiControl app policies for iOS.

Add the ‘SOTI MobiControl’ agent app to your app policy, if not already assigned, and assign it to the target device.
NOTE: If you already have the ‘SOTI MobiControl agent app on your device, make sure it is up-to-date with the latest version.
