Issue Description

In SOTI XSight 2024.0.1 and 2024.0.2, when clicking on the Top 5 Carriers chart to apply a filter within the Data Usage dashboard, the dashboard displays a loading animation in a continuous loop and the data is not displayed.

 

 

Environment

This issue affects SOTI XSight 2024.0.1 and 2024.0.2 both in cloud and on-premises systems.

Symptoms

In SOTI XSight 2024.0.1 and 2024.02, when clicking in the Top 5 Carriers chart to apply a filter within the Data Usage dashboard (this appears when selecting the cellular filter inside the Connection Type chart), the dashboard displays a loading animation in a continuous loop and the data is not displayed.

 

Cause

The root cause is a piece of JSON text that is not properly formatted.

Issue Resolution

This issue is corrected in SOTI XSight 2024.0.3. You must upgrade to SOTI XSight 2024.0.3 to resolve this issue.
