Issue Description
When opening the SOTI XSight console and selecting the Chat button to show the Live Support bubble, the chat bubble takes several minutes to appear in the bottom left corner.
Environment
This issue has been observed in SOTI XSight 2024.0.0 and 2024.0.1
Symptoms
When opening the SOTI XSight console and selecting the Chat button to show the Live Support bubble, the chat bubble takes several minutes to appear in the bottom left corner.
Issue Resolution
Upgrade to SOTI XSight 2024.0.2.
