We have 3x Sahara Clevertouch Smart Screens & would like to know if MobiControl would firstly enroll, and then control them. We can't find an agent to download under Sahara or Clevertouch. Is there a generic or custom agent to use to start testing on devices like these?
Hi,Does someone know is it possible to disable persist settings for soti after resetting device?Right now they are interfering with my zebras persist settings and i would like for them to be first one to be implemented.Alternative would be to remove agent with stage now xml, but as client is set as device admin, i was not successful.I also tried deleting xml files in /enterprise/usr/mobicontrol before reset, but it still kept settings after reset.
Hello, I am unable to power off my Android 9 (Samsung Galaxy A50 devices) in our new Soti platform (V.15). Our devices are now Android Enterprise, and the scripts we have been sending are not supported. Does anybody know of anyway we can remotely turn off the devices. Thanks, ECM
Hi, We decommission old devices off the Soti server. We wipe, unenroll and delete them. We need to stop these devices from being enrolled again or with permission from an administrator. Is this possible. Regards,
Hi, We are currently testing some Honeywell CT40 devices (android 9 OS) The device have a SIM card with data, but during enrollment it couldn't contact our Mobi server. As soon as I put it on wifi it connected to it and enrolled. I've also verified in the Mobi app, when you remove the Wifi and turn into network data there's SSL handshake errors and it get's disconnected. The server is currently running with a SHA-1 certificate. We are expecting to update this soon, as were updating our fleet of devices. Why there isn't SSL handshakes errors on Wifi and only on network data ? Thanks,

Hello Everyone I create a new agent to my device Zebra TC720L Android 8.1, Im using the android fo work option (downloaded from play store) because the server version is not compatible with the device. I can installed and configure it but when I tried to remote control I just have the option. I created many agents with different options but I got the same result. I copy the agent for other sites with the same characteristics and the other devices are working normally but this device shows the same "Remote view" I checked the scanner ans it shows like the following image. if you have an idea how I can solve it, It will very appreciated. Hello, I have a problem with propably lockdown ( Soti Mobicontrol ). When the lockdown is on, screen is blinking every a few minutes. It is look like lockdown want to reload/refresh. I removed all external links (for example JS/CSS/Img files ) and files reference from lockdown, because I thought that files refreshed and then reloaded lockdown. I don't idea where is the problem.. Without lockdown, it works well. Maybe this issue appear when the devices lost connection to the internet and then connect? Then the lockdown try to reload screen or something. Hello, Does anyone have any experience in configuring and enabling hotspot while in lockdown? Ideally, we would like the end-user to have this functionality as it's needed for work use to connect our RFID scanners in the field. I know there is no such feature in SOTI Settings and I am not sure if there is a way to script it via a shortcut on the lockdown. Models: S7, S8, S8+, S9, S9+, Note8, Note9, Note10, A50 (some models are AT&T firmware and some unlocked) OS: 7.11, 8.0, 8.1, 9.0, and 10. DA+ 95% majority, only about 10-11 devices enrolled with AE.
Hello Is there a way to check which certificate (DS) a device using ? I enrolled multiple devices using SHA1, then SOTI installed SHA2 (to support Android 10). Now I need to attach the new SHA2 certificate to Deployment server but I need first to double check that SHA2 certificate has been learned by all devices. Is there a way to do that "easliy" ? steve
