Every time we connect to MobiControl application we get an error saying the site is unsecure. It says the Security Certificate was not issued by an trusted certificate authority. We can still get around this but it is annoying. How do we fix this problem?
Receive error when installing an updated package as version 2.0. Package set to overwrite the old files or if they do not exist. Figured out many long ways around this issue (remove lock down option from profile, manually delete old files, etc), but too time consuming for the number of devices. Can you provide a script that will remove the files from the scanner before the updated package is installed?

Hi, I've been trying to setup a lockdown profile on a ck71, I want the shortcut to open a specific URL with a specific browser however it dosent seem to be working. I've tried using just a URL and I've also just trtied opening teh application but nothing seems to be working. I'm guessing its the naming convention to teh application tahts cauisng an issue I have used: \\program files\html5 browser\html5browser.exe "\\program files\html5 browser\html5browser.exe" %22\\program files\html5 browser\html5browser.exe%22 //program files/html5 browser/html5browser.exe %22//program files/html5 browser/html5browser.exe%22 outwith the lockdown screen teh application works without any issues. Hi. Pertaining to windows ce devices.... If I use abortpkg in prei script, it marks it as Failed to Install (Prescript Abort) in the device configuration tab. When it checks-in during the next scheduled update, will it try to re-install the package automatically (i do have it set to auto-install in the profile|assign|options tab)? If not, any idea how I can get it to re-try those failed installs automatically during next scheduled checkin/update? tia.

Hi, I've enrolled my Windows 10 Professional devices in SOTI MobiControl Console using Certificate Based Management under Windows Modern Rule. Now my main requirement is to track the location details of the device. But I'm unable to get it. Pls. help.

Possibly caused by recent Windows 10 updates. Studio launches and allows selecting folders but crashes when creating project. Does not crash if only selecting files. Have tried running as admin and in various compatibility modes.
Mobi Control - 15.1.0.3413 MCStudio - 15.1.0 Build 2407 Windows Desktop Classic Agent We have Windows 10 Embedded tablets in the field and we need to push Net Framework (EXE File) and Velocity (MSI). These devices are locked down and the user doesn't have authority to install applications. How do I create packages for these 2 types of files giving the proper authority to install the app? We can use a local user or an admin user on our domain that has authority. Can I accomplish this using a script? Can I also do what I'm trying to do above with Windows Classic instead of Windows Modern? The challenge I have is the tablets in the field are already Classic so I'm just trying to update apps on the device. Thank you for your assistance.
Hello, For testing purposes I have to install a v13.3.0.3851, do some tests on it and then upgrade the MC version to the v14.4.9.1034.
