Hi all. We recently started using TC21 Android version 10 (Build 10-16-10-.00-QG-U16-STD-HEL-04). Users noticed that when they are signed into and app, press the home button, open a different app, press the home button, and re-open the original app, it logs them out of the app. It seems that the EHS is not keeping the app open in the background. We are using EHS_040005. I loaded an older version of EHS (EHS_030104_B) and its still happening on the TC21. We primarily use the TC72s and these devices do not have that issue. My test device is running Android 8 (Build 01-30-04.00-OG-U00-STD) Anyone else having this issue or seen this issue?
After upgrade, the MC console to 15.3.0.6713 The agents status is showing connected, waiting for server response and for new enrolling the devices it giving an error Enrollment failed, please retry or contact your system administrator. This issue has happened to the entire production device. Once we disable the file sync rule all the agents are back to normal(agent status-connected) and we are able to Enroll new devices. In our environment, the File Sync rule is used to run the script (enabling the Default application in AE devices).

hi everyone, so recently i enrolled about 80 Samsung A01 devices, and my client push 1 application to the device. The apps is hybrid, and the user of the devices sometimes face blank screen when open the apps. The apps maker ask if SOTI interrupt the process of the apps. Told him already that SOTI has nothing to do with the apps. We tried on 1 devices that not enrolled to SOTI and the issue still happened (blank screen). We (me and my end user) suggest the apps maker to create a mechinism to kill the apps if the apps idle for 1 hour. We suspect that might be the issue. Just wanna ask anyone here experience something like this when do enrollment with SOTI ? I am sure SOTI won't interrupt any apps, but i feels like to share this here in case anyone experienced same kind of issue during SOTI enrollment. Thanks & regards, Randy
Hi We've recently installed a samsung tablet remotely in one of our shops. Basically, we're trying to push an URL via SOTI SURF... everything works properly except we keep getting the error message"Give draw over other apps permission" even tho it has been enabled. The URL works but the tablet itself will get back to the error message every x-minutes. The tablet itself was enrolled in our shop via #afwmobicontrol as we had to get it a 'Work managed device'. OS version : 8.1.0 (no further updates left) Agent version : 14.4.6.1001 Brand: Samsung SM-T580

Good day.The application does not work correctly. Decided to reinstall. One package has been removed, the second has been assigned to the device. Since then in the "pending installation" status. A week has passed since the appointment, nothing has changed How to make the application install? or where to look at what moment it stopped? Tablet Samsung SM-T585 Android 8.1
Hello, Has anyone among you tested COPE mode on Android 11? During our tests, the devices register either in "Work Managed Device" mode with afw#mobicontrol or in "Corporate Personal" mode via Knox Enrollment. In the first case, there isn't pro/personal container, the profiles are of "Android Enterprise" type.In the second case, there is pro/personal container, the profiles are of "COPE" type except that the remote is in "view" mode. The SOTI enrollment rule is the same in both cases: check "Enroll your fully managed device with a work profile"In addition, we don't encounter these issues with Android 10. Console version: 15.3.0.6713 If anyone has any information on these topics. Thank you.
is it possible to clear the Soti Surf Cache into the Kiosk mode over a button ? We have an Zebra TC72 scan gun with a 8.1.0 Androit OS. I read that the script : sendinfo net.soti.action.surf clearcache will help for this, but it don't work into the Kiosk Mode. I can run the command over a rule and it works without any problems, But I need a button so the production employees can reset the cache by themself. Regards Leahcim
I have some armv7l embedded devices running Yocto Linux. I tried to install the generic device agent for headless Linux but had no success. Will this be supported or there are ways that I can get this going? Have any of your tried this before? Thanks.

By opening a remote control session to a device (we are using CK75 and CK65), the session crashes (for a network issue or any other reason), we can not open again a session to this device. SOTI Assist version is 3.0.1.15 (latest version). The error message that I get is : even with holding down the left-Ctrl key the session can not be started. Any experience about that and any solution. Thank you for your support Amine
Already on the third smartphone, the application does not start Mobi Control. After installation, it loads endlessly, and then we close. How to fix it?
Hi, I am wondering if there is any way I can make my profile select the latest package by itself and run it? Meaning, I will update the newer version of the package, and I'm hoping that the profiles which had that package will change to the latest version without me manually change every profile? Thanks
Hello, In the below SOTI Blog, SOTI advice to use SOTI Identity with MFA. How do you enable this? I cannot find it in the SOTI Identity interface. 3 Reasons to Implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) | SOTI SOTI Identity Incorporates Multi-Factor Authentication SOTI Identity Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)1 enables SOTI ONE Platform administrators to improve security with the following methods: One-time password (OTP) by email: Users are sent an email with a password that can only be used once. If the user takes too long to enter the OTP, it expires and is rendered invalid. Duo: After users install the Duo app on their device of choice (smartphone, tablet, etc.), end users simply open the app and enter a displayed numeric code. Google Authenticator: Users are given a time-based, one-time password via the Google Authenticator app to safely log into the SOTI ONE Platform.
