Hi,
one of our clients has a use case where they want to enroll their devices into MobiControl, but they also want to use an app which allows them to upload pictures to a shared Google account. This app requires that it uses the currently logged in Google Account, but now that we've enrolled the devices, they can no longer do this.
Is there any workaround for this?

It seems that enrolled devices are android enterprise devices so iif that is the case so Kindly let us know if you have tried by configuring feature control Profile by setting allow account creation to all under security section as mentioned in the screenshot below. You can test after applying this profile on the device and it will let you add google accounts.

Be careful of Factory Reset Protection if you're adding personal Google accounts to the devices. If you were to Factory Reset one of those devices, say for instance if it got sent into repair, then Factory Reset Protection could kick in forcing you to enter that same user credentials back into the device before it is usable again. You could risk bricking the devices if you're not careful in that situation.
