We are trying to get the our software package to down and install onto the D10 device. We keep getting in the mobi control a red icon with arrow saying Agent not compatable. On the device under profile within Soti we can see the software package but it keeps saying pending. it will not install for some reason. Also when we select the device in the mobi control, select the compliance and it says agent compatible is No.

Hi, Is there a way to force 3G connection over 4G(LTE) via Soti Mobicontrol? We are using Panasonic FZ-A2 and only way to adjust mobile connection preference, is manually from device: Settings --> Data usage --> mobile networks --> Preferred network --> 3G/GSM (auto) If this setting could be deployed or controlled from mobicontrol, it would be a lot easier. we downloaded android agent for honeywell CT60 Dolphin(Anroid 7.1.1) device from http://www.soti.net/oem . Agent is Honeywell new gen v13.5.0 we succesfully enrolled device, but on device detail window on soti mobi kontrol web console there is a warning log that says "Invalid device software version (Device is not allowed to upgrade)" As a result, app that we want to install on device via profile and peckages stays on pending install Thanks for any suggestion
Hi, Installed and enrolled the MC33 to my Soti v13.4 with Android+. The device is encrypted and when i try to install applications to it it says: Error message received from device (Internal storage decryption not supported) Tried to decrypt the device it but it is not possible in Android 7.1.4? (Factory reset done). I have not done any decryption settings in Soti..
Hello, We've an issue where profiles are getting stuck on "pending" when we update them with a new version of packages (the installation goes through after an while, could take up to 1-2 hours). Have anyone experienced this before, and maybe has an solution for it? SOTI Version: 13.3.3.0.3965
I'm trying to setup Application Catalog for Android and Android+ Devices. I have added the enterprise apk:s correctly etc. Still the Application catalog in the devices are empty. Content library works like a charm. Soti version 13.3. Any help?
