Hi,
Installed and enrolled the MC33 to my Soti v13.4 with Android+. The device is encrypted and when i try to install applications to it it says:
Error message received from device (Internal storage decryption not supported)
Tried to decrypt the device it but it is not possible in Android 7.1.4? (Factory reset done).
I have not done any decryption settings in Soti..
I had trouble with Zebra Nougat devices like the MC3300 and TC51 for a while but ultimately found success by upgrading the device agent. The version that the server distributes is not enough to support these devices completely, look to install the 13.5 version.
I have the same error with TC51 devices.
All of them have are Nougat with the last firmware available in web. And the SOTI agent is 13.6.0.1257.
How can we avoid it?

Which problem are you having? Not being able to install applications or just seeing the error about the device being encrypted? If the former, what method are you attempting to use to distribute an application to the device?
