Hello,
We run SOTI 15.1.1.1184, using Zebra TC70x devices which have the 14.4.1.1064 agent installed. We receive this message frequently on our server. We have no active forms of encryption enabled on the device, other than the default disk encryption which Android performs automatically. This is not a new issue and has persisted through multiple agent updates, so I don't suspect the agent.
What am I doing wrong, is there a setting I missed?

Are you actually noticing any behavioral differences on the devices? Are there any functional issues that you are experiencing? Reason I ask is I'm fairly certain I've seen it before but the devices were perfectly fine.
Well, not regarding encryption/decryption. I am having an issue with a profile that enables NTP appearing to spontaneously revert, but was trying to tackle issues/error messages one at a time. I have seen the error regarding internal decryption for months on end. Is it a bug SOTI is not looking to fix?
I will start a new thread regarding the NTP issue.
