Hi guys, I am running into an issue here with the CK65 devices. I am trying to exit the lockdown and prompt the admin password and unable to do so. I have tried holding the back button (which works on our zebra tc8300 devices), the ^ gesture and a couple other gestures but have no luck. Only way which works is to remote connect to the device and enter admin mode via an option on there. I would prefer to have a reliable way of exiting the kiosk mode in the case of a lost internet connection where I would lose access to remote control. Appreciate any insight into this issue. Thanks!
Hi all,At the moment I am working on our Honeywell CK65's where I am trying to use the mcsetup.ini file to envoke the enrollment URL after provisioning it with Honeywell Provisioner. Is there a way to get this working so that the device can be setup in a one step process ? We have transfered mcsetup.ini /sd/download using honeywell provisioner can we specify the enrollment in honeywell or in the mcsetup.ini we cannot use enrollment ID as our enviorment is fully isolated from the internet. Thanks in advance.
Recently had a batch of Honeywell CK65's come in that were Android 10, up to this point we were using CK65's that were Android 9. It seems as though Honeywell has updated several internal components in the CK65's due to supply chain issues that don't allow you to downgrade to 9. So I'm looking to update all of our existing CK65's to 10. I did a file sync of 90.00.12 and the update went off without an issue.I came from 88.00.17 on my test unit. After the reboot, I noticed two issues. The first is that when I look at Applications under the device, they show as all of them being Uninstalled. With the one exception of the Honeywell UEMConnect software that's a mandatory installed application. The second is with the Native Lockdown mode. None of the applications will fire off.Until, I go into Administrative mode. If I just toggle between Administrative and then User. The applications will work. As soon as I reboot the device, the applications won't function until I bounce between Administrative mode and User mode. The two applications inparticular I've tested with are BasicTE and SmartTE(Staylinked). Android Agent version: 15.1.2.1075Honeywell Plugin version: 1.19.2.118
After updating to Android 10 from 9 on my CK65 devices I've noticed I can't swipe up from the bottom of the screen to do an administrative unlock from the Lockdown screen anymore. If I go into Remote Control I can force it to administrator mode from there, but not directly from the device. Did something change with this?
Hi, We have upgraded a few of our CK65 devices to v.9 from v8.1. Afterwards we got a weird issue - it's no longer possible to scroll up/down on the AX website. I have tried with different browsers - same thing. So I guess it something between v9 and the AX IIS config. Any ideas? Worst case, any input to how we downgrade the firmware back to 8.1? BrThomas
