We have a selection of devices (Samsung SM-T295) which cannot be enrolled. I have tried using our server (on prem) provided Samsung ELM agent and we get the error "This device agent is incompatible with your device. Please contact your administrator". We've also tried the SOTI provided ELM agent from soti.net/oem and we get the same message. We also tried the non-ELM agent but as expected that didn't work either. Has anyone any idea what is going on and how can I enroll these devices? Our server version is v14.4.1.1195, the agent version is v14.5.4.1016. Our server has SHA2 certs. The tablets are running Android 11.
Good afternoon, I am having trouble with a set of applications that we have set as Mandatory installs on our devices. We currently are using TC56s/TC57s but are wanting to incorporate a couple of MC930s into our arsenal but have hit a snag with the application installs. We are getting the message "Your device isn't compatible with this version." Our demo unit provided to us was able to have the application installed onto it so I have a hard time believing that is correct. We have already asked the person who provided the DEMO but haven't received a response yet. TIMS Assistant is one of the applications. Is there something I need to do on MobiControl's end to allow for the install? Thank you,James
Trying to enroll some Amazon Fire 7 (2019) tablets into Mobicontrol, however the "Amazon" agents both install but error out afterwords saying they are not compatible. Is there a compatible agent for these devices?
We have recently had a TC56 returned from zebra with android 8.1.0 installed however after installing ZebraMobiControl1370_1031 we are presented with a device agent is incompatible with your device error and the device will not enroll into the server. The server is running version 13.3.0.3851 on this server. Is there a workaround for this? Regards
