Since today we're no longer able to login to our soti environment, it was configured with azure SSO. Is there anyway we can login through a local account ? administrator ?
Hi, I'm running into a problem with a Soti MobiControl server I just installed at a client site. I.e. the server has been installed and registered, but when I want to open the web console I get the following message: "You've navigated to an invalid URL. You can access MobiControl through the link below." But if I click that link I get that same page again. Any idea what could be the cause? I've already restarted the machine where the server is installed, and the error still appears. I've looked at the Management Service logs through the MCAdmin console. The most prominent errors are as follows: HttpListenerException: The I/O operation has been aborted because of either a thread exit or an application request AuthorizationServerException: Redirect SingIn session is not found I'm not sure if those errors are related, or if they are the reason why I cannot log in onto the web console. Any ideas? Regards, Daníel
Hello, i am running MobiControl version 15.1.2.1035 on premise We are using the instance for about 2 months now. We added our ldap for the enrollment andto login on the web console. Out of nowhere some ldap users are not able to login anymore. I checked some users and somecan login and some get the error message "Invalid credentials, please try again!" I tried to delete the ldap user and add him again. But made no difference. Then i tried to restartall services but didn't helped too. Then i tried to create a new ldap user and add him to mobicontrol. Even the new ldap user wasnot able to login. Then i checked the logs. The logs kinda irritated me because it was saying different error messagesbefore and after i restarted the services. At first it was saying that the user is using the wrong credentials and that he should use the correct ldapcredentials to login using domain\username. And later it was saying that there is no access right definedfor that user. That does not make sense because he is part of the admin group in MC with full rights. There were no changes in the ldap database for those users. No one touched the configurations on theserver, ldap server or withing mobicontrol. So has someone an idea how i could fix this? EDIT: requests from the api no longer work either
Hi everyone, Last week, one of our customers logged into our SOTI environment and put in a couple of scheduled changes. As we noticed, the scheduled changes came up in the Mobicontrol webconsole as being done by "System" and not by the actual user. Since the SQL database saves the login it wasn't a problem to find out who logged in that morning and we quickly find out who it was by doing the right query in our SQL database. But one thing we notice. The login in our SQL database is only saved for 24 hours before it's being delete! Does anyone know a solution to extend the time to save the login data? Note, the query we set up was made to find the "Username" who logged in, not the IP address (since we have multiple customers who are able to login, we don't want to track IP's)Anyone any idea??
