If you have PREVIOUSLY created local MobiControl log-in account on your MobiControl server (irrespective of whether it is an on-premises or a cloud server instance), it is possible to log in using such account without going through Soti Identity or other IdP SSO integrated with the server.

If your server is a cloud instance, you should open an official support ticket with Soti to fix any log-in issue rather than just considering how to bypass the SSO.
In fact, even for an on-premises implementation restricted to a closed corporate network, once Soti support team has verified the identity of the administrator of a problematic licensed MobiControl server, there is well-defined official reset mechanism for local administrator to log in even if all the existing local accounts (whether default or later added) are locked.

I am also experiencing the same issue since yesterday as well. I have created a ticket with SOTI but have not received a response. I have some phones to setup so tried without the SSO but I didn't set this up originally so I wasn't able to login.
