Hello All, We are experiencing an issue while enrolling any new tablets to SOTI, and this has been noticed post 01/26/2023. Post providing the enrollment ID, it throws a "Connection to server, enrollment failed error", asking us to enroll again. -However, we could see, the device objected created in SOTI when we search the serial number, with ELM and other Profiles in pending status and it won't proceed further - Already have a SOTI support case in place, as per the recent interaction they have asked to test the device using earlier MC agent version i.e., 15.3.0.1006 and try to enroll via the QR code method Can someone help me with a link for the earlier MC agent version as our current version is 15.3.1.1229. Also looking for some guidance how to enroll a device through QR code method. I have attached the error screenshot towards the issue for your reference.
Hi Everyone, I have noticed and they happening frequently now I am getting disconnected when remote controlling Zebra Android MC33 devices. The only wait to fix th issue is to wipe and re-enroll the devices.
When I open adminmode the agent restarts and the remote access connection is lost then the device back again online OS Version: 6.0 Device Kind: Android Plus Agent Version: 15.0.1.1051 Remote Control Version: 1.18.2.100 OEM Version: 82.01.16-(0139) Model: CX75 AC0 is this issue related to the old remote control version Thank you for your support
