Hello, we get automated installed the WSUS Updates on the on Premise Servers. After Automated Reboot the Services from MC Deployment Service & MC Management Service was not abele to Start. It has installed the KB5025229 / 04/ 2023 on the 2019 Server. Windows Events was also not really helpful :( Application: MCDeplSvr.exeFramework Version: v4.0.30319Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception. We are running on Version 15.6.3
I'm not sure if anyone's able to assist and where I have gone wrong. I have been tasked with setting up an entirely new Soti Mobicontrol server instance, for the most part all seems to be going well, however Web Console and MobiControl Search Services are greyed out. I am unable to access a web console at all, despite the other services (barring a certificate issue related to iOS which we aren't interested in currently) all showing green. This is an On Premises version, running 15.4.1. Am I missing something? I checked over the help guide but there was nothing there illustrating whether this kind of scenario came up, unless there are more extensive help guides anywhere. Thank you
Hello, We've installed v15.4 on-prem Soti server to evaluate and to test the new features, but when we check the services in MobiControl Administration utility we find lots of errors (uploaded to onedrive): https://1drv.ms/u/s!AmvNYUAbbtdQiGsBvmJsYDy1ITSr?e=9HSKMt Our setup: - Application Server: Windows Server 2019 Standard - DB Server: Windows Server 2019 Standard SQL Server 2019 For information, the servers are behind an internet proxy and there's no chance that they have a direct internet connection. So i configured also internet proxy information under Services > Global proxy, restarted the services/servers but always the same errors. I would like if there's any chance to find the root cause of those errors to finish our testings before the evaluation period expires. Thank you in advance
