Script manualblacklist causing boot-looping on TC75 devices

Good morning, I'm writing to you because I used the script below: manualblacklist reset manualblacklist addallowed com.android.settings/com.android.settings.Settings $BluetoothSettingsActivity manualblacklist on   I used this script to authorize a pop-up for bluetooth pairing on many TC75 devices. After using this script, we realized that many devices are boot-looping. It seems also to be linked to a wifi detection notification. I would like to know if you can help me to know exactly what is doing the script and, in particular, the manualblacklist reset. Do you have any documentation on the manualblacklist commands. Is it possible to list the manualblacklist contain ? I tried manualblacklist list but doesn't show anything. Thank you.   Below an example of device that seems to be affected

How to allow system Pop-ups to appear above lockdown mode?

I am operating a Zebra TC75 running a lockdown configuration. There is an application that we need to be able to pair to a bluetooth printer from within the lockdown mode. However, when the TC75 attempts to pair with a bluetooth printer, the android system pop-up to verify and accept the bluetooth pin does not appear while in lockdown mode. The pairing function has been tested and the pop-up does appear when in admin mode, but it appears as if the pop-up is not allowed to appear during lockdown. The audible chime is still happening to signify that the pairing process has started, and there is even a notification banner at the top of the screen signifying the process needs interaction, however, the android dialog does not appear over the application like it would when not locked down. Are there any scripts or permissions that need to be granted to allow this to appear?

Two questions. 1: Google Play Store, background updates and data usage 2: Disable SMS/MMS doesn't work. Solved

We have and are rolling out a rather large fleet of TC75(X) Zebra handhelds. They are loaded with some in house software, and locked down through profiles/settings with MobiControl.1: Noticed some weird behavior. I'm configuring and setting up 10 handhelds per batch. The 10mb network internet connection was getting bogged down and while digging deeper found that they were doing google play store updates and reaching 500mb of wifi data usage within an hour of being turned on, configured and connected to wifi. I've resorted to disabling google play store background data, and disabling it. Doesn't seem to interfere with our in house software, and subsequent updates.  Trying to find a way to do this through the use of scripts, profiles or blacklisting but can't seem to find anything that will work as expected. Manual configuration does the trick but there are already hundreds of devices in service and more on their way out.Blacklisting through Mobi > Android+ > Profile seems to only control opening/closing the play store app.  If anyone else has had success with another technique or has ideas would love to hear it. 2: Mobi > Android+ > Profile >Configuration >Feature Control > Device Messaging. Disable SMS/MMS Text Messaging doesn't work at all. The provider says the sim cards are restricted and can't make or take calls, or text, but I can still text between devices after applying the profile that is supposed to disable this. The device logs show the profile was installed correctly. Any ideas why? Thank you! Trev.

Android Enterprise - Fully Managed Device - Zebra TC75x Solved

Can a Zebra TC75x be enrolled as a Fully Managed Device under Android Enterprise on MobiControl 14.1? When I try to use the AE agent I can only get this device to enroll in the Work Profile mode. Anybody have suggestions or instructions on what I am doing wrong?I am currently using the AFW#MobiControl on device setup. Thanks.

    Remote Control Verision Upgrade

Hello there; do you have any idea how I can upgrade the RC version on my devices? All devices are the same brand and model. In older versions, RC does not work.
