Thank you for your support. I've tried that script before. But it did not work.The RC versions of some devices are still obsolete. And I can not use the RC feature on these devices.

Hi Kaan,

Can you describe how the RC is not working for the devices for the older versions? For instance, are you using the Legacy Plugin or are you using HTML5? If it is the Legacy Plugin, does the window pop-up and close or does it open and it gives you an error message?

Also, are the devices using the same Android version and what happens if you unenroll and re-enroll one of the devices that are not working?

Please also try downloading and installing the MDM Service Plugin for Zebra and see if that addresses this:

Go to http://www.soti.net/oem/.
Select Android Plus > Manufacturer: Zebra and on the right hand side try downloading and push the MDM plugin to the device.

Trying installing the APK on the device and let us know.
