Hi, Im trying to figure out why I cannot send files to my devices via remote control. It has worked before on a network with no restrictions. As soon as I change to the production network (that is restricted to only specific ports for SOTI products), it stops working. "Unexpected error".I must have missed a port?We are allowing outbound 5394/5393 and outbound 443.
I'm running the live view XSight function as a dashboard to keep track of our Android devices across our operation but it times out after 5-10 minutes, which defeats the purpose. Ideally I would like to have it running continuously so we can better monitor our devices but I cant find anything about how to make that happen, is there a setting in a funny place or a script I can use?
Hello team, I've already deployed the SOTI XSight agent in my device. The agent is correctly installed in the device and i can watch it in the main superior panel but, i cannot watch it in the list located in the bottom. So... due to this issue i cannot see the app data usage. Can you help me?
I'm not seeing the data usage for the Android OS updates. There's a big gap in the total data used and what is being broke down into categories. Example: Total Data used is 2.82 GB Top App Usage is 1.95 MB Where is the rest of the usage coming from?
