I'm running the live view XSight function as a dashboard to keep track of our Android devices across our operation but it times out after 5-10 minutes, which defeats the purpose.
Ideally I would like to have it running continuously so we can better monitor our devices but I cant find anything about how to make that happen, is there a setting in a funny place or a script I can use?

As answer to your query regarding the possibility to extend the live view time-out functionality in SOTI XSight from the pre-set time to infinite time-out period, I would like to let you know that the current pre-set time duration of 5-10 minutes is the default hard-coded timeout period set for SOTI XSight live view functionality.
A feature to custom configure the time-out period in SOTI XSight live view is not available in the current versions of XSight.
However, if you would like to raise a Feature request with us to check with the Development team and to gain a feedback on the possibility of incorporating this customizable live-view duration, kindly let us know.
These feature requests should be raised by customers with the assistance from Technical Support.
To provide you with a heads up, this would not be an instant resolution as SOTI Product Team have to work internally with different departments to get this addressed and need to gain feedback on whether this can be implemented. So, this may take weeks to get it included in the newer build.
Please let us know if this customized live-view time out functionality needs to be raised with the team as a feature request.
