Is there a way to prolong the timeout duration in Soti when connecting remotely to the devices? Currently, I believe it's set around 30 minutes, and we tend to find ourselves in the middle of monitoring a driver or capturing a video and the remote session abruptly ends and kicks us out the session.
I don't think you can find from the on--line documentation any direct way to configure timeout of remote-control sessions.
Are you using html or legacy remote-control session?
One possible workaround is to use Powershell or other utility tools to interact (e.g. some mouse clicks on button/tool in the remote control session window) with the open remote-control session at regular interval and thus avoid the remote control session timeout.

I believe we can extend the session using script to be run on DB but I would recommend to raise a case [log a case] regarding the same so that you can get someone to supervise the necessary changes that need to be done on DB
Make sure to take backup on DB as well while performing anything on DB
