we are experiencing tough timeout times from SOTI MobiControl. Our experts would like to keep a MobiControl cloud session active for more than 5 minutes of inactivity.
Is there any chance to change the timeout for the cloud instance? If yes, where?

Hi Markus,
If you use SOTI Cloud, then you can create a Support ticket for this. Then the Cloud team will update it for you.
