Is there anyplace within SOTI that allows someone to dictate how long a user can be logged in to SOTI before they are kicked out? For example, a superuser need log back in every hour whereas a standard user need log in every four hours?

There is one timeout to rule them all.
Try navigating to your server location of your installed version of MobiControl ie C:\Program Files (x86)\SOTI\MobiControl\Soti.MobiControl.ManagementService.Host.Exe.config and opening it in notepad to view the file as a plain text document (notepad), search for "timeouts" section. You should find the value set as the default of "sessionTimeout="3600" which is in seconds.
Unfortunately, this would set the default for all profiles but would allow you to change the console timeout nonetheless.
