Im trying to figure out why I cannot send files to my devices via remote control. It has worked before on a network with no restrictions. As soon as I change to the production network (that is restricted to only specific ports for SOTI products), it stops working. "Unexpected error".
I must have missed a port?
We are allowing outbound 5394/5393 and outbound 443.
