Hello team,
I've already deployed the SOTI XSight agent in my device.
The agent is correctly installed in the device and i can watch it in the main superior panel but, i cannot watch it in the list located in the bottom.
So... due to this issue i cannot see the app data usage.
Can you help me?

Usually when this happens it is because the folder where the devices you want to manage is not selected in the profiles.
And it is also important to verify that the Xsight agent has been installed correctly from Mobicontrol.

Can you try to push the Xsight agent on another test device and check the behavior?
