SOTI MOBICONTROL agent menu not available

Hello,
When I click on the SOTI MOBICONTROL agent menu button, the menu does not appear.
I Use ZEBRA VC8300 terminals under Android14.
Issue is the same on all devices.
If I click on the 'Profiles' tab it works, I can see the list of installed profiles.
Do you have any idea how to authorize access to the agent menu?

I don't have such problem in a few of different device models/firmware versions which I have tested.   Do you have similar problem with devices of different model or firmware versions?  If the problem is specific to your Zebra VC8300 running Android 14, then you can either wait for a new agent version with the relevant fix, or choose to enroll your device using earlier problem free device agent.

If you are facing this issue across all devices, we need to investigate via a remote session and collect logs for further examination. If necessary, we may also need to create a DEV ticket for a detailed investigation.Please help us on below information:-

  • Have you tried re-enrolling the device?
  • Have you recently upgraded the device agent to the latest version, or when did you start facing this issue?
  • Is this issue occurring on a specific device model, or are multiple models affected?
  • Have you recently made any configuration changes in the WebConsole? If so, please confirm.

I would like you to create a support case (click here) or call the SOTI Support team (click here)  to gain a better understanding of the issue. We can then determine whether to raise a Feature Request or troubleshoot to fix the issue.
