Reset Passcode works - sometimes

Hello,

I have two different LG G7 that have a password lock set on. For one, I was able to use the reset passcode feature and make my own code and unlock the phone. For the other, it fails every single time. The only thing I can find is that there are two different agent versions, but when I try to upgrade the agent it doesn't seem to have any effect.

After sending resetpasscode Do yoh see any error in log section of device? Hope you are not sending 0000 or 1234 or repeated numbers as pin. You can try setting authentication profile to set pin and try reset passcode.

Authentication profile as per screenshot. 

Make sure you not using very simple password like 0000, 1111 or 1234 etc. and are you using action items to reset passcode or script Resetpassword xxxx ??
