Regarding your inquiry:

The password for the SOTI Connect.PFX Root certificate can be found in the .txt file enclosed within the ZIP file obtained from the SOTI Connect Console. You can locate this under Menu > Administration > Certificates Management > Download Root Certificate.

Please note that the capability to generate certificates for your MQTT server has been removed from the SOTI Connect installer. After careful consideration, it was determined that generating these certificates independently of the SOTI Connect installer would be more appropriate.

You have the option to utilize the provided SOTI Connect Root certificate or generate and use a separate Root certificate, such as one signed by a public Certificate Authority that you may already have in use.
