Are your devices currently locked or are you trying to just clear the password so that it no longer prompts?

SIM passwords are different from the device passwords or any of our lock down initiated admin passwords.  I don't believe it to be possible but I can look further into this for you if it is preventing you from using your devices properly.

Devices are not blocked with Lockdown, just enrolled. When we put the SIM card, we have to put the code 0000. Then we have to go to the settings and security to avoid the SIM code.

 The question is : can you do it with mobicontrol autmatically ?
