Have you set up in the Microsoft Office 365 email account  that  "the computer should be managed by the organization" ?  If so, please change it and just select " login to all apps".

Hi Joonas Puoliväli,

Thank you for posting on SOTI PULSE. I extend my gratitude towards Raymond Chan for helping Joonas Puoliväli.

Kindly try these workarounds to resolve the issue.

  • Since you're using Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC, check if MDM enrollment services are enabled:
  • Open Services.msc and verify that:
    • Device Management Enrollment Service is running.
    • Microsoft Account Sign-in Assistant is running.

Kindly ask your IT admin to check Azure AD admin center and Microsoft Endpoint Manager for:

  • If the device is allowed to enroll.
  • If the user has Intune enrollment permissions.
  • If the device limit policy allows new enrollments.

Incase of any further concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Kind Regards,
