There is now a new script command reset_elm_license, available on both the AfW agent (with ELM detected) and the ELM agent, that will clear/wipe/reset the ELM and KNOX license activation, whether it had previously succeeded or failed. After sending this command, a check-in must be performed, either manually or on-schedule. This will cause the DS to re-send the ELM license to the device, and then the user will be prompted to activate or re-activate ELM. Remote control should then be possible if it wasn't already.

Sending this script command to an agent that has already activated an ELM license should cause an ELM activation prompt to appear to the end user. However, while waiting for the user to accept or reject the prompt, ELM features (including remote control) should continue to work.
