Inaccurate Date and Time Detected

Hello Team,

We are facing date time sync issue in our devices, our DS is hosted in data center and  and we have customers across the global so we cannot use the DS for time sync.

Each location has its own NTP server for their local Time and date, but in some location some devices getting this issue.

We found some alternative like there is option to use "User network provider" option to select and we want this to be enabled along with NTP server.

any xml or script, please you are most welcome.

Have you already deployed any MobiControl time-synchronization policy specifying  NTP('s) to the targeted device group/device(s)?

What is the detected level of inaccuracy?

What device platform(s) and enrollment mode(s) are you using for your problematic devices?
