Windows Device Name not matching Soti Device Name

We are brand new to Soti and wondering if there is a way to automatically populate the Windows Device Name of a Laptop in the Soti MobiControl (Device Name)

Right now every new laptop we add just shows up as Windows 1, Windows 2, Windows 3, etc.

Seeing the laptops have a Device Name set, can't Soti populate those in MobiControl?

At the moment we have to manually rename each Windows 1, Windows 2, Windows 3 laptop in MobiControl to match the Windows Device Name.

Suggestions are welcome.

Double click the Mobi Control Agent in the system tray and change the name of the device under the General Tab > Device Name field. 

You'll need to refresh Soti Mobicontrol device list to show the new name.

Thank you - we do not have a MobiControl Agent in the system tray (on any of our laptops).
