Windows Device Name not matching Soti Device Name

We are brand new to Soti and wondering if there is a way to automatically populate the Windows Device Name of a Laptop in the Soti MobiControl (Device Name)

Right now every new laptop we add just shows up as Windows 1, Windows 2, Windows 3, etc.

Seeing the laptops have a Device Name set, can't Soti populate those in MobiControl?

At the moment we have to manually rename each Windows 1, Windows 2, Windows 3 laptop in MobiControl to match the Windows Device Name.

Suggestions are welcome.

Can you confirm that you're using Windows Modern or Windows Desktop Classic?

In your MobiControl web-console, edi the Add-Devices Rule you use to enroll your Windows device, go to the "Device Name" tab and change the Device name pattern from "Windows %AUTONUM%"  to "%PERSONALIZED_DEVICE_NAME%".
