I'm clearly having a senior moment, where do I set the maximum screen timeout for a device in MobiControl. I need to adjust it but cannot the setting in profiles for love nor money.

Samsung XCover 4 on Android 7/8

Maximum Setting Allowed for Screen Timeout - Select this option to set a maximum inactive time before the screen locks.

Are you using Samsung ELM Android+ or Android-Enterprise device agent on your devices?

What about the version and build numbers of your device agent?
