In version 2024, the online/offline status is clearly visible with the colors green and black.
In version 2026, the online/offline status is now displayed with the colors green and gray. To me, the difference is no longer as noticeable at a glance.
Is there a way to change the GRAY color?
Not as far as i know of. But maybe this can help:

But did you try the dark mode already? I think the colour for the icon is still the same but maybe the contrast is better to differentiate between them.
Otherwise i would recommend to reach out to Soti Support and raise it as a feature request through the customer portal to implement a "color blind" option in the user settings.
