Hi, we have 2 x end users with the exact same devices, identical setup in MobiControl, one experiencing unusual behaviour, the other business as usual. Problem device beeps for around 1 minute each time it receives a message and or email.
Not really sure what I can do to fix the problem as both are setup in the same way?
Is there any chance the device was manually configured in any way? Are you using a lockdown or kiosk mode to restrict end user access to Settings?
What are the brands, models and firmware version of your devices?
What about the version and build numbers of your device agents in the two group of devices enrolled to the corresponding servers?
Have you tried unenrolling a device from the so-called working server, and have it re-enrolled to the other server to see any difference in behaviour and device agent version/build numbers?
Hi, both enrolled via QR code, nothing manually configured as such. No lockdown or kiosk mode used either.

Hi, both Samsung Galaxy J4 + devices, OS 9. Both devices enrolled using the same method and same server, can't spot any differences in the device details tab on MobiControl at all.
I can try unenrolling and starting afresh to see if this helps, but had hoped I could avoid this with the devices alreday being used out in the field.
What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl servers?
As said before, please try unenrolling a working device from the so-called working server, and have it re-enrolled to the other server to see any difference in behaviour (i.e. become problematic)?

MobieControl version 14.3.1.1189.
Should I be looking somewhere in particluar for the details you're referring to?
