We are currently experiencing some issues when sending messages through Soti.

If the devices are on standby and you send a message when the device is in this state, when you unlock the device from the standby state the message appears for a split second and then moves off the screen moving from right to left.

If you then send a second subsequent message – when the device is unlocked and not on standby – the first message sent when the device was locked is received by the device followed by the second subsequent message.

We have noticed that when we remove the LockDown profile we have in place, the messaging service works as expected, with no further issues. In our Lock Down profile I have tried to change varying settings, but the issue still occurs.

Have you ever seen this behaviour before?

I have spoken to support and they have tried sending some scripts related to disabling doze mode, and have also edited the Feature Control – however it is still an issue. Is there anything you can suggest?

We are using MobiControl version 15 and our agent version is 14.1.6.1018. Our devices are Samsung Galaxy A50 devices on Android version 9.0. We are using Android Enterprise.
