Hello Team,
One of the device getting a huge logs in the Device Details with "Waring : Device is already connected"
Any leads can help us what would be the cause getting the warnings.
Your device agent is extremely old, as is the OS version on your devices. Maybe start with the Agent version first? Don't think it makes sense for us to try and troubleshoot this any deeper while your devices and agent are so many versions behind.

Thanks for your reply, but if the agent and OS is the issue then we should have same waring over all the devices, we are using the MC console also same version(14.X.X).
Other devices with the same device configurations are working fine.

Thank you for posting on SOTI Pulse!
I have researched as to why these logs have been reoccurring and have noticed similar cases that appear when a device is enrolled via an MCSetup.ini file. Do let me know if a form of using an MCSetup file is currently in place when enrolling your devices into MobiControl.
