we get the error message "Failed to parse XML file(IOException) /sdcard/DatiGestioneMerci/DeviceInfo.xml" from several of our TC51
Does anyone have an idea where this can come from?
Device: Zebra TC51 Android 8.1
Mobicontrol Agent: 14.0.0.1579
There is likely some configuration(s) with custom-data to be collected from the .XML file specified.
To resolve this, just re-configure such custom data not to target your devices of interest.

We have no Custom Data configured.
Does the name or words "DatiGestioneMerci" ring any bell related to any of your company work-flow/organization or any of your company's project?
Was your current MobiControl server instance and databases previously used by another company or managed by another IT team?
