Hi all,
I'm currently using the GoogleMobiControl-2024.1.1.1125 agent from MobiControl Device Agent Downloads | SOTI Docs to enroll our Zebra devices.
My question ist, how to update via webUI? When I press Update Agent, nothing happens.
Under global settings I see a complete different agent version: Zebra => Device Agents => Version 15.2.0.1025.
To update the agent via profile is not a problem but I'd like to use the sheduled update function from the webUI.

Updating in general is easy:
Get the relevant apk file, provide it via profile (package) or enterprise app policy to the devices you want to update.
You can schedule both (profile/ app policy) as well.
To be honest, i never used that integrated thing as it never worked for me here and i prefer the scheduling of a profile or app policy.
The different device agent you see is for Zebra device but i assume you use enterprise agent, this is a general agent you can find in the list as well.

thank you. The enterprise agent did the trick for me.
Now I am able to update via webUI :-).
One more thing... you said it is possible to shedule profiles as well.
How can this be done?
To schedule profile in MobiControl, click on the "options" button when assigning the profile of interest. Then select the "Scheduling" tab. One or more recurring schedules can be added there.
