Android devices with MobiControl Agent version 13.7.x will work on MobiControl v15.2, however, you would be given an option to upgrade the agent to utilize the new features available.

If you have many many devices of different brands and models, especially the relatively old models or smaller brands,  the safest is to get one device of each brand/model to perform test on a UAT platform.  In addition, devices running relatively old firmware should also be tested with new device agent for stability and compatibility before any attempt to deploy large scale device agent upgrade on production devices.

So, after upgrade the agent version 13.7.x is still compatible and the devices are not forced to upgrade the agent? The devices remain manageable?
