Hi,
A customer of ours is using an application that is downloaded from the Google Play Store through the Application Catalog.
When the application has a new version, the developers are making use of the in-app update API where it prompts the user the update the application now or wait until later.
The problem is that if the user presses the update button, they are taken to the Google Play Store where they can download any application they want.
I can't blacklist the Play Store as we do want the applications to auto update when the Play Store does so, I just need to be able to stop the application presenting the prompt.
I've done some research and I don't think it's possible to suppress this or block it completely but if anyone can suggest anything to try I'd appreciate the help.
Thanks
Josh.
