Unable to download new agents from "Manage Android Agents" View

Hi.

Updated our verification environment to 14.3.3.1111 and tried to download a newer agent version using the new "Manage Android Agents" in Global Settings.

I get the list with all manufacturers but when I press "Add" or "Update" it fails directly, "Failed to download some agents"

We have allowed traffic to all documented Soti URL:s and everything seems to be working except downloading new agents.

Any suggestions?

Will try to run Wireshark later today.

I've been successfully using the feature to update Zebra agents as recently yesterday so I can attest that the service is indeed working. I would have suspected a port blockage of some kind but it sounds like you've already verified that.  The wireshark trace will probably provide more detail.

Version: 14.3.1.1189 for what its worth.

Tests just done a moment ago on Android agent upgrade for MobiControl v14.3.2.1171 and  v14.3.3.1111 were also confirmed to be OK.  Your problem must be related to your server/network settings.  I suggest you to check your server logs for any clue on what's wrong.

Hi.

Ran a Wireshark trace and found out that its trying to reach:

agentdservice.s3.amazonaws.com
 
Can´t find any documentation that mentions the url.
Will try opening this in our proxy and see if it resolves our problem.
