I'm trying to setup JDE E1 Web in SOTI Surf and some of the links don't function whether the app in launched in lockdown or not. However, when I remote into the device using the web based remote control tool the links work.

Just to confirm, if you are manually interacting with the device your saying the links don't work in our out of lockdown via SOTI surf, but if you remote in via the html5 RC and click on the same links they do work?
I just wanted to double check as that seems very odd!
That is correct Robert, some of them do work when I'm interacting with the device but all of them work when I remote in from my computer. I've tried various settings including making sure Javascript is enabled.
I setup a web session in Velocity and the behavior is the same even in Admin mode. So the issue doesn't appear to be related to Surf. Somehow the remote has permission that the user on the device doesn't have.
To add a little more information. I'm working with a ZEC500 and this is not a touch screen. It's attached to a monitor like a thin client. Using the Chrome browser the links all work but with the surf browser they do not. If I remoted in the links work and I can see the pop up boxes that should appear when I click the links locally on the monitor.
I just tried the applciation from a ET60 tablet same profiles and settings. With a touch screen the links work.
