Location Service is not working

All my devices are IOS and when attempting to use the location services, it times out.

I have checked the configuration settings in the Rule Data Collection and they seem to be correct

What troubleshooting methods can I apply to figure out why location service is not working.

Hi Bruce,

Location services on iOS devices work a bit differently, you can only locate iOS devices while the agent is open.
