Afaik you can only reboot the device, not turn off by script.
May i ask you why you plan to do so?

I want to remotely turn off devices that are not used or will not be used for a long time.This option is available in mxconfig, but when I apply it to the device, I get an error.
So maybe provide the mxconfig you send to the device(s) and the error.

I just checked the MX documentation and the Power Off command requires A11+ and MX 13.1+. First verify that you are at the minimum levels of both OS and MX to utilize this option.
The TC27 is also part of a Professional (value tier) class of devices that has a purposefully stripped feature set including a limited set of MX. In a lot of cases where MX isn't working on these devices it is because that particular MX setting is not available without an additional Mobility DNA enterprise license. I checked this particular setting however and it does appear to be available on the Professional devices without the supplemental license.
