Hi, on remote control with Zebra Androi Device TC72, i am using the "_adminmode on" script to get out of the lockdown. Then, I want to exit the Mobicontrol app but I don't have access to the back button. I tried the script "notify Kiosk off" but nothing happens.
You can adjust the Remote Control Preference to set which type it uses and whether you want to be prompted each time.
I don't have a Zebra TC72 to confirm your problem or do any test, so the following is the general approach applicable to any devices.
There is a soft BACK button in the button-bar near the top-right corner if you are having an html5 based remote-control session in your html5 browser.
If you are in a classical remote-control session using Soti RC plug-in, you probably need to swipe up from the bottom edge of the device screen to make the device soft buttons reappear at the bottom.
