Hello everyone,

We have a lot of equipment with soti mobicontrol, these devices are tablets with android 10/11.
Is it possible to extract a report that shows the name of the devices connected to these tablets?
I appreciate your help,
best regards

I am not sure which of the following two cases describe accurately your situation and problems:

1. Each of your tablet devices running Mobicontrol has some active network connection online, and is configured to act as a Bluetooth hotspot for other paired BT device(s) nearby to get tethered connection data.  For each of your tablet, you want to get a list of nearby bluetooth device(s) sharing the tethered BT connection.

2. Each of your tablet devices running MobiControl has no other active network connection, and is itself using a Bluetooth hotspot to get connected.  You want to get a list of your tablets that are using some bluetooth hotspot nearby to get connected.

Actually, it seems that the latest MobiControl (i.e. v15.6.0) still does not support collection of data of either of the above two cases.   You probably need a third-party apps to collect the required data and have them written to some .ini/.xml file for use by Mobicontrol custom-data mechanism to work for your use case.

Hi @Eldonbran.

Do you find any app that can give you information that you need?

Thanks.

hi @Nemrak

I still can't find an app. I have had to connect to each device and manually extract the name.
Regards.
